Before you book
The FAQ says residential customers do not need a contract and pay by card after cleaning. Changes within 48 hours can incur a fee, but we did not find the amount.
TCE says it may use conventional cleaning products when needed. If you have particular product preferences, ask the office to agree them with you before the visit.
